Even when you are stupid though Oregon Law O.R.S. 181.820-181.830 and HB 2333 (Sex Offender Relief Reporting Eligibility offers you some relief if you are not a sexual predator. HB 2333 narrows the class of offenders that are eligible for relief from sex offender reporting requirements. Look it up yourself and consult with an attorney, HB 2333 (Sex Offender Relief Reporting Eligibility is fairly new legislation. This link shows you a sample assessment that is/can be used to determine whether or not you have been classified as a predator. Now get smart, stay smart and if possible, stay out of jail so you won't need to fight back!

You spend most of your life acting like a Kamikaze and wondering why you crashed. Even those of you who get the least busted up and then patched up just repeat the idiocy over and over again. If you haven't guessed by now there is no amount of information in the world that will help a person determined to crash. Is there any good news for any of you? Just once for God's sake listen! The law will hammer you! In fact the law can take your life from you. It can lock you away for life and if that doesn't do it the law can cause your body to rot six feet under. Actually though some people deserve to die! Those of you reading this are the one's who are most likely to make it out alive and successfully repair their lives and stay out of jail. Remember I said some not all. But remember no one is above the law so don't go whining about you are the only one ever picked on and work on staying out of jail in the first place. It all starts when you are arrested. Review the entire Miranda Rights Warning . Even if you are read your rights you can still be arrested. Consider this and stop running your mouth. Of course when your brain is pickled on drugs, alcohol or both at the same time it's hard to be smart. It is agaist the law for you to lie to the cops but the cops lying to you to trick you is common and it is perfectly legal for them. Yep open yer mouth, run, and your ass gets bit and they get away with it.
